Background Papers

To assist people putting together a research proposal, each year we ask leading educationalists for their research wishlist-where the research gaps are, and what research can be built on. These all remain current.

This year two papers were commissioned by the TLRI as part of a project designed to examine the contribution the TLRI has made to building knowledge about teaching and learning in the early years. In addition a summary report which highlights key ideas raised at a one-day symposium held to discuss the two papers has been made available.
